Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chicken Wings
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Split wings into sections or use pre-cut pieces.
  • Toss wings in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  • Preheat Big Green Egg grill to 350°F, using direct heat. Place wings on elevated grates.
  • Flip wings every 5 minutes for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 190-195°F.
  • For the sauce, combine butter, garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Toss cooked wings in the sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
