Method
- Split wings into sections or use pre-cut pieces.
- Toss wings in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Preheat Big Green Egg grill to 350°F, using direct heat. Place wings on elevated grates.
- Flip wings every 5 minutes for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 190-195°F.
- For the sauce, combine butter, garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
