Honey Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe

Why settle for regular wings when you can elevate your BBQ game with Honey Garlic Chicken Wings? Imagine the satisfying combo of garlic and ginger, balanced with the sweetness of honey and a tangy lemon kick. Oh, and let's not forget that perfect smoky char from the Big Green Egg grill. Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chicken Wings
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. Split wings into sections or use pre-cut pieces.
  2. Toss wings in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Preheat Big Green Egg grill to 350°F, using direct heat. Place wings on elevated grates.
  4. Flip wings every 5 minutes for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 190-195°F.
  5. For the sauce, combine butter, garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Toss cooked wings in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
