  • 2-3 ripe bananas around 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups when mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter salted or unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash Bananas: In a bowl, mash those ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Stir in melted butter.
