🏆 Travel Advisory Platform of the Year 2024/2025
Turns out giving travel tips with sarcasm actually wins awards. Who knew?
Once upon a time, I gave brutally honest travel advice. The kind that says “Pack duct tape, not designer luggage” and “Never trust a gas station sandwich.” Somehow, the legends at the Global Business Awards decided this was “innovation.”
Do I still write travel hacks? Nope. Do I still have van life stories? Absolutely and now they live in my books, alongside recipes, chaos, and a questionable amount of duck references.
So, cheers to the past adventures and the shiny trophy that proves sarcasm pays off (occasionally).
Why This Award Exists (and Why I’m Laughing)
This award recognizes businesses making a positive impact with innovative ideas. Somehow, in between bad coffee and broken GPS signals, I ticked that box.
So yeah, turns out giving real travel tips (minus the fake Instagram life) actually matters.
What Got Us Here?
• Honest van life tips (like why duct tape > designer luggage).
• Real road trip advice, minus the Pinterest filters.
• A travel blog that admits things like “Yes, I once cooked noodles in a hotel kettle. No, I don’t recommend it.”
