I’m Scotty Boxa. I travel, write, cook, photograph, occasionally win awards, and somehow convince people to pay me for it. If there’s a road to drive, a story to tell, or a cocktail to shake, I’m there, camera in one hand, pen in the other, usually covered in flour or sand.

Scotty Boxa doesn’t just live stories, he manufactures them on the road. Equal parts travel junkie, storyteller, and kitchen mad scientist, he’s built a career out of chasing moments worth bottling. His books range from emotional gut-punches (The Waddle Forward Collection, The Strong One is Tired) to sprawling dystopian sci-fi (The Null Accord), all with his trademark blend of grit, humor, and heart.
When he’s not writing, Scotty’s behind the lens, in the van, or at the stove experimenting with recipes that shouldn’t work but do. His content has been shared by thousands online, and sometimes stolen by recipe sites with bad stock photos (you know who you are).
