Bullfrog Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Rum
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Energy Soda Red Bull
- Ice
- Lemon Wedge and Cherry for Garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice to chill the drink and keep it refreshing.
- Pour 1 oz of vodka, 1 oz of tequila, 1 oz of rum, and 1 oz of gin into the glass over the ice. These clear liquors form the strong base of the cocktail.
- Add 1 oz of lemon juice to the glass. This provides a zesty, citrusy balance to the strong liquors.
- Drizzle 1 oz of blue curacao liqueur over the top. The blue curacao not only adds a vibrant blue color but also a sweet orange flavor that complements the other ingredients.
- Top off the drink with 1 oz of Red Bull. This adds an effervescent kick and energizes the cocktail.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry. These add a pop of color and enhance the presentation of the drink.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Bullfrog cocktail.

Notes
- Balance is Key: The combination of five different spirits is what gives the Bullfrog its power. The fresh lemon juice and Blue Curaçao are essential for balancing out the strong alcohol flavors.
- Customize the Color: While Blue Curaçao is the traditional choice, you can also use green melon liqueur for a more vibrant green color.
-
Serve It Cold: The Bullfrog is best served ice-cold. Use fresh ice and make sure your ingredients are chilled to keep the drink refreshing.
- How strong is the Bullfrog Cocktail? The Bullfrog is a very potent cocktail due to the combination of multiple spirits. The energy drink can mask the effects of the alcohol, so it's important to drink it in moderation.
- Is this the same as a Long Island Iced Tea? No, while it contains many of the same liquors, the Bullfrog uses Blue Curaçao and an energy drink instead of Triple Sec and cola, giving it a completely different color and flavor profile.
